Tuition POLICY
- A $40 registration fee is assessed for every student who registers.
- The standard monthly tuition is $100 for all students unless they are paying for longer lessons.
- Tuition pays for teacher salaries, student materials, and all other IAFA operating costs.
- Monthly tuition is paid in equal payments regardless of the number of lessons scheduled in a given month. Students receive a minimum of thirty lessons over the course of the nine-month period.
- No tuition is required until a signed contract has been accepted by IAFA.
- The first tuition payment is due before lessons begin. Lessons will be delayed for students who have not yet made their first payment.
- Two payment options are available: 1) Payment up front for the entire contract term; or 2) Monthly subcription payments as determined by the length of the contract.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
- If a credit card payment has been declined, you will be notified by our Treasurer. Lessons will continue for a grace period of ten days, after which lessons may be suspended.
- Lessons missed due to past due accounts will not be rescheduled.
- All fees continue to be due and payable until the end of the contract period.
