WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Parents are responsible for notifying the IAFA Instructor and IAFA Coordinator three lessons in advance of a student's withdrawal.
   
2. The cost of all materials purchased for the student must be reimbursed within one week.
   
3. Tuition payments are non-refundable, except for clients who have paid the entire contract amount in advance. In this case, the refund will be prorated based on the actual number of lessons given, including days on which an unexcused absence was recorded.
